The AI uses Torpedos (to keep the original race idea), and added Shield Depleters, and Meson Blasters as new weapon. All files greatly improved, and tweaked, so now the Fazrah Empire tougher than ever...

- Added MBs for better performance against large fighter fleets. (MBs can target fighters,
while Torpedos cannot.)

- Some minor tweak in construction vehicles, based upon AI Deathmatch 2 experiences.

- Repair Ships renamed to Support ships and provide more supply to the attack fleets.

- Tweaked the attack ship`s weapon, to prevent the AI to rotate designs (thx to Rexxx!)
- Tweaked Research.txt, and Design.txt for the proper use of MC, and QR.
